About R3 Products

R3 Greens is located in Jaipur, India. All our products are made of eco-friendly materials. We recycle cloth, paper and cardboard - recreate by making products - and thereby give you an opportunity to reuse. Our managers control the quality of the products in all the stages of production.

Production process – from paper to product

Stage 1: Paper
We believe in creating useful products without cutting down on nature's resources. Therefore we use handmade paper made of recycled cotton waste. The process includes cutting the raw material and changing it into pulp, dyeing it in different colours and then making paper. The paper is then dried, smoothened, sorted and cut. The leftover pieces from sorting and cutting are reused to make new paper, so the process includes no waste.

Stage 2: Print
The recycled paper is decorated with different patterns and designs to make it match the season, the functions of the products and the needs of the costumers.

Stage 3: Product
On the last stage the printed, recycled paper is used together with recycled cardboard, to create products like boxes, bags, notebooks and photoframes. The products are made by hand.

Working conditions

We think it is important to be socially responsible. R3 Greens therefore train the semiskilled and unskilled population of the surrounding regions to become skilled and be a part of the economically productive work force. The labours have good working conditions and are provided moral and financial support in times of need. Over the years R3 Products has supported and helped over a hundred families to find employment and improve their living standards.
